Marketing Communication Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and strategic Marketing Communication Manager to lead branding and communication initiatives for one of our prominent manufacturing clients. The ideal candidate will oversee all marketing communication activities, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and enhancing brand visibility in industrial markets.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing communication strategy tailored to the manufacturing sector.
- Create and manage compelling marketing content, including brochures, catalogs, product datasheets, case studies, and digital content.
- Oversee internal and external communication efforts, ensuring consistent messaging and brand identity.
- Coordinate and manage marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, events, print) to generate leads and support sales teams.
- Plan and manage participation in industry exhibitions, trade shows, and events.
- Collaborate with product development, sales, and production teams to translate technical information into customer-focused messaging.
- Manage the company's website, social media accounts, and digital marketing initiatives to strengthen online presence.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Lead PR efforts, including press releases, media outreach, and articles to build the company's thought leadership.
- Ensure all marketing materials comply with corporate brand guidelines and industry regulations.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. (Masters degree is a plus.)
- Minimum 5-7 years of marketing communications experience, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial company.
- Strong experience in content creation, campaign management, and digital marketing.
- Ability to understand and communicate technical product features in a clear and customer-friendly way.
- Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and software (e.g., CRM, CMS, Adobe Creative Suite, SEO tools).
- Experience working with B2B marketing strategies and industrial products is highly preferred.
Working Conditions
- Full-time, on-site role
- Occasional travel to trade shows, exhibitions, and company sites as needed.
