Position : Senior warranty

Position Overview:
The QC Champion for Customer-Initiated Returns Validation is responsible for ensuring that returned products meet quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements. This role involves validating the condition and compliance of returned items,

  • Assess and validate returned products to ensure they meet quality standards and are suitable for restocking, resale, or disposal.
  • Maintain accurate records of return validations, including reasons for returns, product conditions, and actions taken. Prepare detailed reports for management review.
  • Ensure all return validation processes comply with internal quality standards and external regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with customer service, logistics, and quality assurance teams to streamline return processes and enhance product quality.
    Job Description and Qualifications:
    · Process Warranty Claims:
    · Receive, review, and process warranty claims submitted by customers or dealers.
    · Verify warranty coverage and eligibility based on company policies and guidelines.
    · Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and service providers to facilitate warranty repairs or replacements.
    · Warranty Administration:
    · Maintain accurate records of warranty claims, including documentation of repairs, replacements, and associated costs.
    · Monitor warranty claim status and provide regular updates to customers and stakeholders.
    · Prepare and submit warranty reports and analyses to management as required.
    · Quality Assurance:
    · Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with warranty policies and procedures.
    · Identify areas for process improvement and recommend corrective actions to enhance warranty operations and customer satisfaction.
    Qualifications:
    · Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
    · Proven experience in warranty management, preferably in the automotive, electronics, or manufacturing industry.
    · Strong understanding of warranty policies, procedures, and regulations.
    · Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    · Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
    · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    · Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
    · Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    Working hours and days: 1 day weekly off - 9 hours a day including 1 hour break.
    Monthly budget to hire: 10000 EGP net
