Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and organized Training Coordinator Intern to support our learning and development initiatives. This internship is ideal for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in coordinating training programs, engaging with teams, and enhancing employee development experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
-Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating internal training sessions and workshops.
-Liaise with trainers, speakers, and department heads to ensure smooth training operations.
-Prepare training materials, attendance sheets, and feedback forms.
-Track and update training records and maintain training databases.
-Collect and analyze training feedback and suggest areas for improvement.
-Support the HR team in other learning and development initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
-Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
-Strong organizational and time-management skills.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
