Operations Manager Job Summary Global Travel Organization (GTO)
Company Overview:
GTO is a travel membership and loyalty program offering members discounts on hotels, flights, attractions, entertainment, and more, with personalized service from a dedicated Travel Assistant team.
Role Overview:
The Operations Manager ensures efficient back-office operations and oversees remote teams. Responsibilities include policy implementation, team training, document preparation, quality control of bookings, and arranging staff travel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee remote teams to ensure excellent customer service.
 - Prepare weekly staff rotas for adequate coverage.
 - Train and develop new and existing staff, addressing performance gaps.
 - Implement and maintain company policies and procedures.
 - Prepare company documents (e.g., pitch decks).
 - Manage staff travel and general office administration.
 
Qualifications and Skills:
- 3+ years in operations/office management.
 - Experience in policy implementation and team development.
 - Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
 - Strong time management and teamwork skills.
 - High proficiency in English and Arabic.
 
Working Hours:
- Current: Mon-Fri, 9:00am-6:00pm (UK time).
 - From April (subject to approval): 9:30am-9:30pm, Mon-Sun on a rota (2 evening shifts/week and every other weekend).
