Job Title: Inside Sales Lead

Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inside Sales Lead to join their dynamic Sales team. This role involves managing the sales funnel, driving revenue growth, and leading a high-performing inside sales team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record in outbound sales, lead qualification, and closing deals over the phone. Experience with HubSpot CRM is highly preferred.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive consistent revenue growth and surpass sales targets.

  • Own and optimize the entire sales funnel, ensuring efficient lead qualification and high conversion rates.

  • Lead high-volume outbound sales efforts and oversee effective discovery and closing calls.

  • Use persuasive communication and consultative sales techniques to close deals over the phone.

  • Leverage HubSpot CRM for pipeline management, lead tracking, and sales performance reporting.

  • Continuously monitor and analyze key sales metrics, providing actionable insights and performance forecasts.

  • Implement best practices for outreach, follow-ups, and deal closing to maximize sales efficiency.

  • Provide ongoing coaching, training, and mentorship to the inside sales team to cultivate a high-performance culture.

  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on lead generation strategies.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor offerings to refine sales approach.

Key Requirements

Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience: 3+ years of experience in inside sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.

Skills:

  • Strong experience with HubSpot CRM or similar platforms.

  • Expertise in outbound calling, lead qualification, and consultative selling.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset and strong analytical abilities.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

  • Experience leading or mentoring sales teams is highly desirable.

  • Proficiency in reporting tools and familiarity with sales KPIs and forecasting.
