Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inside Sales Lead to join their dynamic Sales team. This role involves managing the sales funnel, driving revenue growth, and leading a high-performing inside sales team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record in outbound sales, lead qualification, and closing deals over the phone. Experience with HubSpot CRM is highly preferred.
Job Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive consistent revenue growth and surpass sales targets.

Own and optimize the entire sales funnel, ensuring efficient lead qualification and high conversion rates.

Lead high-volume outbound sales efforts and oversee effective discovery and closing calls.

Use persuasive communication and consultative sales techniques to close deals over the phone.

Leverage HubSpot CRM for pipeline management, lead tracking, and sales performance reporting.

Continuously monitor and analyze key sales metrics, providing actionable insights and performance forecasts.

Implement best practices for outreach, follow-ups, and deal closing to maximize sales efficiency.

Provide ongoing coaching, training, and mentorship to the inside sales team to cultivate a high-performance culture.

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on lead generation strategies.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor offerings to refine sales approach.
Key Requirements
Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 3+ years of experience in inside sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
Skills:

Strong experience with HubSpot CRM or similar platforms.
