Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation

- Create and curate high-quality, engaging content for social media platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram

- Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications and apply them to our social media strategy

- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all social media channels

- Engage with followers, respond to comments, and build relationships with our online community

- Analyze and report on social media metrics to track the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions for future strategies

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media and make recommendations for improvement

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field

- 1-2 years of experience in social media management for a company or agency

- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer is a plus
