District Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven District Manager to oversee operations across multiple locations within a designated geographic area. The ideal candidate will ensure consistent performance, operational excellence, and alignment with company standards while leading and developing store managers and their teams.
 
Job Responsibilities
 
·  Oversee the operations of [X number] of stores/branches within the assigned district.
·  Set and monitor sales targets, KPIs, and operational goals; implement action plans for underperforming units.
·  Hire, train, and develop store managers; provide regular performance feedback and coaching.
·  Ensure adherence to company policies, operational standards, and regulatory compliance.
·  Analyze district performance metrics (sales, customer satisfaction, staffing) to drive improvements.
·  Manage district-level budgeting and cost control; ensure profitability and efficient use of resources.
·  Drive customer satisfaction and brand consistency across all locations.
·  Coordinate marketing and promotional initiatives at the district level.
·  Lead by example in ensuring excellent service, operational integrity, and team motivation.
·  Conduct regular visits to stores to assess performance and provide hands-on support.
 
Key Requirements
 
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
 - Minimum 57 years of experience in multi-unit management (e.g., retail, F&B, FMCG).
 - Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
 - Proven ability to lead diverse teams, manage budgets, and achieve sales targets.
 - Ability to travel regularly across the district.
