Role Objective:

To manage and control the cost of major real estate and infrastructure projects by providing accurate estimates, tracking expenditures, analyzing financial performance, and delivering executive dashboards that enable data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and validate comprehensive cost estimates for infrastructure and development projects.
• Monitor actual costs vs. budget and analyze cost variances with actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to visualize key financial performance indicators (CPI, EAC, VAC, etc.).
• Apply Earned Value Management (EVM) techniques and report performance trends.
• Coordinate with finance, engineering, and procurement teams to ensure data integrity and cost alignment.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in engineering, Project Management (Masters degree preferred).
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in infrastructure and construction cost management, preferably within a developer or large contractor environment.
• Advanced skills in Power BI, Excel, and cost control software such as Oracle or Candy.
• PMP certification is strongly preferred; CCP certification is a plus.
• Philippines or Saudi citizens are preferred to apply.
