Job Description:
- Prepare a weekly plan.
- Provide weekly feedback.
- Prepare a daily report.
- Coordinate for new requests.
- Send the requirements for the new task to the team to start the hiring process.
- Send a confirmation message for the scheduling sheet.
- Follow up with the team to track attendance and no-shows for each recruiter.
- Collect client feedback.
- Send client feedback to each recruiter to track attendance and no-shows.
- Send the accepted sheet to the senior to get the invoice for these candidates.
- Preferable: able to work with an ATS.
- Analyze why interview results are good or bad based on client feedback.
- Monitor existing project schedules and prepare status reports.
- Provide administrative support.
- Collect the sheets from the recruiter to merge it in one sheet to send it to the client.
