Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Mass Hiring Recruiter to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for high-volume hiring needs, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment best practices and a proven track record of success in high-volume recruiting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire a large volume of qualified candidates
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify potential candidates
- Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the role
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and facilitate the decision-making process
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates
- Manage the offer process and negotiate salary and benefits with candidates
- Work closely with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities
- Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement
- Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices to continuously improve our hiring processes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 1+ year of experience in high-volume recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software
- Experience in the use of social media for recruitment purposes
- Proven track record of meeting recruitment targets and deadlines
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
