Were hiring 8 team members to join our retail account team in New Cairo. Youll help manage vendors, solve issues, and grow our product range across Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE.

Location: New Cairo, Cairo

Contract: 12 months (renewable)

What Youll Do:

Fix problems that prevent products from showing online

Find and bring in new vendors (cold calling, events, etc.)

Support current vendors with their daily operations

Negotiate better terms and promotions to help vendors grow

Work with other teams to improve vendor processes

Communicate with vendors via email and phone, and teach them how to manage their accounts independently

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business, Management, or similar (preferred)

13 years of experience in account management, retail, or e-commerce

Good with tools like Excel or account management platforms

Strong English and Arabic skills (spoken and written)

Organized, analytical, and able to multitask
