Our client is a well-established and growing pharmaceutical company with a strong presence in the Middle East. As they continue to invest in the professional development of our sales leadership team, they are seeking an experienced and inspiring Pharmaceutical Sales Trainer to lead high-impact workshops and potentially oversee a long-term development program.
Role Overview:
This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the performance and mindset of our sales supervisors and regional sales managers through a mix of in-person workshops and long-term leadership development initiatives.
Scope of Work:
Initial Engagement:
You will deliver three in-person workshops (each 3 days long) over a 3-month period. Core topics include:
- Professional selling skills tailored to the pharmaceutical sector
- Closing techniques that drive results
- Effective communication strategies
- Coaching and mentoring techniques
- Leadership and management fundamentals
Potential Long-Term Engagement:
Based on performance and alignment, this role may expand into a two-year development journey with our 7 Regional Sales Managers, involving:
- Ongoing skills development
- Strategic leadership training
- Individual and group coaching
Additional focus areas may include:
- Confidently handling objections
- Navigating gatekeepers effectively
- High-impact questioning that leads to "yes"
- Proven closing frameworks and persuasion techniques
- Sales mindset cultivation and voice control
- Building rapport and trust quickly
- Identifying and avoiding common sales-killing behaviors
Candidate Profile:
We are looking for a seasoned professional who brings passion, expertise, and charisma to every session. The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum 14 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales and sales training
- Proven experience training teams in the pharma and/or baby nutrition sectors
- Exceptional facilitation, communication, and coaching skills
- Ability to tailor training content to mid-level managers in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Egyptian nationality (to ensure cultural and communication alignment with our Egypt-based team)
- Willingness to travel to Saudi Arabia (all travel expenses covered)
- Fluency in both Arabic and English
- Charismatic and inspiring presence with a genuine ability to engage and motivate
