Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring long-term business partnerships.
• Present sales reports, forecasts, and market trends to senior management.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and analyze competitors.
• Organize meetings with potential clients to discuss their needs and showcase product benefits.
• Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals while handling objections professionally.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and manage account receivables efficiently.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate billing and financial reporting.
• Monitor sales performance, provide insights, and recommend strategic improvements.

Key Requirements

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Animal Sciences, Agribusiness, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the feed additives or animal health sector.
• Proven track record in cash collection and account management.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• High proficiency in sales strategy development and customer service.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Word.
• English language skills (preferred but not mandatory).
