About the Role

We are currently hiring a Supply Chain Analyst to join the EMEA Startup Supply Chain (SSC) team of a leading global client. This critical role will support demand planning and inventory processes for new launches and retrofits (REIs) across the region, ensuring smooth execution from material receipt through supplier payment and budget closure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage demand planning and the timely processing of purchase requests and high-quality purchase orders (PR/PO).

  • Drive the end-to-end material flow from receipt to supplier payment, including budget reconciliation for both greenfield and brownfield sites.

  • Handle Material Escalations (ME): Investigate and resolve discrepancies like damaged, incomplete, or incorrect shipments (~130-150 escalations annually).

  • Manage Claim as Delivered (CAD) cases by validating supplier shipment claims in case of delivery disputes.

  • Lead the Invoices on Hold (IOH) resolution process, addressing pricing or quantity mismatches to ensure timely supplier payments.

  • Collaborate with Accounts Payable, Operations Finance, and Global Procurement Operations to close out open issues.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including Startup PMs, IT Supply Chain, and external vendors.

  • Support reporting and monitor KPIs related to project health, supply chain efficiency, and financial closure.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field or equivalent work experience in warehouse and supply chain environments.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain management, demand planning, or inventory control.

  • Proven track record of delivering results in high-stakes, fast-paced environments.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large datasets and extract insights.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, MS Office, and Coupa or similar ERP/MRP systems.

Technical Assessment

A technical assessment will be required as part of the hiring process to evaluate analytical skills and process understanding.
