NOK Human Capital is hiring "Operations Specialists" for one of the well known Smart Cities located in El Rehab & Madinaty.

Job Purpose:

The operator will oversee all daily operations for the city's operation centers, monitor systems and touch points, trigger tickets, follow-up on cases till closure, support internal and external departments to maintain an efficient high availability operation for the smart city.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Follow the day-to-day operational tasks related to running solutions to ensure continuity of work by monitoring all city touch points & access nodes (active and passive), open tickets to internal and extremal teams and act on outages according to the operations manual and agreed processes.

2. Gathering information, analyzing, and documenting all city daily incidents, generate the daily, weekly, monthly reports.

3. Resolve and/or assign different support tickets or incidents tickets according to the defined process and operations manual.

4. Work with, cooperate & support with different teams internally and with external different stakeholders depending on smart cities systems.

5. Understand the components of running systems, Suggest areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions.

6. Support direct supervisor with daily briefing by preparing incident reports with evidence during shift hours.

7. Strong adherent to dynamic changes and direct supervision unregular requests (events, external top management visits, urgent projects).

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree / Computer Science or Engineering degree is preferred

2. 1+ years of experience with networking and infrastructure background is a must.

3. Good command of English
4. GPON / HCIA / CCNA certificates are preferred
