We are seeking an experienced PMO Project Manager & Business Analyst to support the Global Engineering Services (GES) PMO function. In this role, you will play a key part in project scoping, execution planning, leadership reporting, and resource tracking. You will also serve as a strategic partner for engineering PMs, helping ensure alignment with Amazons project governance and methodology standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the PMO project database for weekly/bi-weekly reporting
• Support Engineering Services PMs with communication strategies and leadership documentation
• Guide project teams through the end-to-end project lifecycle
• Manage and update resource allocation tools, project intake tagging, and dashboard queries
• Coordinate the operational planning (OP) intake, review, and consolidation process across the year

Qualifications & Certifications

• Bachelors degree (preferred in Engineering or Business Analytics)
• 8+ years of experience in project management and/or project control
• Proven experience in program strategy, execution, and stakeholder communication
• Strong stakeholder management capabilities across varied organizational levels
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, manage ambiguity, and deliver under pressure
• Experience with large-scale, cross-functional project delivery
• Proficiency in data tools such as Tableau and SQL (preferred)
