Job Summary

Based in Sheraton, Cairo, the Sr. HR Generalist (People & Culture) will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, with a core focus on talent management, culture development, and employee experience. This role plays a critical part in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent, while fostering a high-performance and values-driven culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead talent management initiatives including workforce planning, succession planning, and performance development programs.
  • Champion the employee experience through engagement, recognition, and wellbeing strategies.
  • Support leadership in building a culture of feedback, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Design and implement people-first HR policies aligned with company values and objectives.
  • Partner with business units to identify and address organizational development needs.
  • Facilitate onboarding programs and talent integration for new hires.
  • Analyze people metrics and feedback to inform decision-making and measure culture impact.
  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Manage employee relations with a solutions-oriented and empathetic approach.

Key Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in HR, with strong exposure to People & Culture or Talent Management.
  • Skills:
  • o Deep understanding of employee engagement, organizational culture, and talent development strategies.
  • o Strong interpersonal and coaching skills.
  • o Proficiency in analyzing HR metrics and translating insights into action.
    • Certifications: HR-related certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD, HRCI) are a strong plus.

    • Working Hours: 9 AM 5 PM (Friday & Saturday off)
