Executive Assistant

We are hiring an Executive Assistant to the CEO to provide high-level administrative, coordination, and communication support in a fast-paced industrial environment. You will manage complex schedules, travel, and executive priorities while acting as a trusted liaison with senior stakeholders. The role directly impacts executive effectiveness, decision flow, and organizational alignment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex executive calendars, meetings, and communications.
  • Arrange end-to-end local and international travel and itineraries.
  • Prepare briefs, presentations, and follow-ups and track priorities and deadlines.
  • Liaise with internal leaders, government officials, and external stakeholders with discretion.
  • Streamline administrative workflows and support executive initiatives.
  • Handle confidential information with a high level of professionalism and care.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably in multinational or industrial environments.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Advanced organizational, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent English with strong business writing and presentation abilities.
  • Proven discretion in handling sensitive information and experience coordinating with authorities and travel agencies.
