Commercial Account Manager

 Job Description:

We are hiring a Commercial Account Manager. The role involves managing and growing a portfolio of Saudi-based seller accounts, driving revenue and profitability, and executing tailored growth strategies. The candidate will track and analyze performance, identify gaps, and implement action plans. Building strong, long-term relationships with key accounts and collaborating with internal teams to ensure operational excellence is also key.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of Saudi-based seller accounts.
  • Drive revenue, GMV, and profitability growth across accounts.
  • Build and execute tailored growth strategies per seller.
  • Track and analyze performance (sales, conversion, pricing, stock, content).
  • Identify performance gaps and implement data-driven action plans.
  • Ensure participation in key campaigns and seasonal events.
  • Act as the main commercial point of contact for sellers.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with key accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance).
  • Ensure smooth execution and operational excellence across accounts.
  • Prepare regular business reviews and performance reports.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce/account management/marketplace roles OR 3+ years in sales, commercial, or client-facing roles in any industry.
  • Experience handling or exposure to Saudi market clients is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of sales and commercial principles.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce KPIs (GMV, conversion rate, AOV, margin) is a plus.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Experience with tools or dashboards (Power BI/Tableau) is a plus.
