Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Roasting Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out coffee roasting operations according to established standards, ensuring product quality and consistency in flavor profiles.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor coffee roasting machines in accordance with approved production plans.
• Monitor roasting temperatures and roasting times, and accurately record operational data.
• Inspect coffee quality before and after roasting to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Prepare coffee blends according to specified recipes and formulations.
• Monitor green coffee inventory levels and report replenishment needs when required.
• Adhere to occupational health and safety regulations during all production processes.
• Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of roasting equipment.
• Collaborate with Quality Control and Production teams to achieve operational targets.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in coffee roasting or the food manufacturing industry is preferred.
• Ability to operate industrial equipment and follow standard operating procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and good monitoring skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
• Technical diploma, high school diploma, or higher qualification preferred.
• Maximum age: 35 years.
