Social Media Specialist

 Job Description:

NOX Holding is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Specialist to support the Marketing Department in creating, scheduling, and managing engaging content across social media platforms while helping strengthen the company's online presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating and publishing social media content across different platforms.
  • Support the development of monthly content calendars and campaign ideas.
  • Write engaging captions and social media copy in line with the brand tone.
  • Monitor social media trends and suggest creative ideas for content.
  • Coordinate with the design/content team to prepare visuals, videos, and campaign materials.
  • Manage daily posting, scheduling, and basic community engagement.
  • Track social media performance and prepare simple reports when needed.
  • Support marketing campaigns, employer branding activities, and internal/external announcements.
  • Ensure all content is consistent with NOX Holding's brand identity.
  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field.
  • 0–1 year of experience in social media, digital marketing, or content creation.
  • Previous exposure to a marketing agency is preferred.
  • Fluent English level is required.
  • Professional computer proficiency.
  • Good copywriting and communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Passion for content, branding, and digital trends.
