Social Media Specialist
Job Description:
NOX Holding is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Specialist to support the Marketing Department in creating, scheduling, and managing engaging content across social media platforms while helping strengthen the company's online presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in creating and publishing social media content across different platforms.
- Support the development of monthly content calendars and campaign ideas.
- Write engaging captions and social media copy in line with the brand tone.
- Monitor social media trends and suggest creative ideas for content.
- Coordinate with the design/content team to prepare visuals, videos, and campaign materials.
- Manage daily posting, scheduling, and basic community engagement.
- Track social media performance and prepare simple reports when needed.
- Support marketing campaigns, employer branding activities, and internal/external announcements.
- Ensure all content is consistent with NOX Holding's brand identity.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field.
- 0–1 year of experience in social media, digital marketing, or content creation.
- Previous exposure to a marketing agency is preferred.
- Fluent English level is required.
- Professional computer proficiency.
- Good copywriting and communication skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Passion for content, branding, and digital trends.
