 Job Description:

We are hiring a Junior Lead Generator to support business development by researching, generating, and qualifying leads across multiple channels. This role is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented professional early in their career who enjoys research, data accuracy, and close collaboration with commercial teams at NOK Human Capital.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
  • Generate and qualify leads through multiple channels (LinkedIn, databases, online platforms, and outreach).
  • Collect, verify, and maintain decision-maker contact details.
  • Update and manage lead information accurately on CRM systems.
  • Coordinate with commercial and sales teams to hand over qualified leads.
  • Track, analyze, and report on lead generation activities and performance.
  • Support campaign-based lead generation initiatives as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in lead generation, sales support, or business development.
  • Good to very good English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Strong research, data collection, and verification skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
