 Job Description:

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our products/services, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential clients to generate new business opportunities.

  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Present and demonstrate products/services effectively to clients.

  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.

  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.

  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies.

  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

  • Proven experience in sales or customer-facing roles.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.

  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
