 Job Description:

Job Responsibilities

  • Fully supervise all administrative operations of the factory and ensure smooth daily workflow.
  • Manage attendance and timekeeping systems, shift scheduling, and employee compliance with official working hours.
  • Oversee social insurance, medical insurance, and health insurance files, ensuring full compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Prepare, review, and approve payroll sheets, including:

    • Allowances and benefits

    • Deductions

    • Employment income tax

    • Penalties and incentives
      in accordance with labor law and tax regulations.

  • Ensure proper implementation of labor law provisions and internal policies governing employee relations.

  • Coordinate and deal directly with governmental and regulatory authorities, including but not limited to:

    • City Authority

    • Industrial Security

    • Civil Defense

    • Social Insurance and Health Authorities

  • Manage personnel affairs, including hiring, termination, employee records, and legal settlements.
  • Supervise security staff, controlling access, exit procedures, and vehicle movement inside and outside the factory.
  • Conduct and follow up on administrative investigations and apply disciplinary actions in line with legal frameworks.
  • Prepare and submit periodic administrative reports to senior management.
  • Maintain and archive administrative and personnel records to ensure readiness for audits and inspections.
  • Coordinate with other departments (Production, Finance, Quality) to support operational efficiency and administrative discipline.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in:

    • Commerce, or

    • Law

  • 7–10 years of experience in administrative and personnel management within industrial or factory environments.

  • Strong knowledge of:

    • Labor Law

    • Social Insurance Law

    • Tax Law (Employment Income Tax)

  • Proven experience in personnel administration and industrial security management.

  • Excellent organizational, follow-up, and decision-making skills.

  • Strong communication skills, especially when dealing with governmental entities.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Maximum age: 35 years.

  • Previous experience in industrial or manufacturing environments is preferred.
