Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage daily operational activities

Coordinate with different departments to ensure workflow efficiency

Prepare operational reports and performance dashboards

Assist in planning and implementing operational procedures

Identify process improvements and suggest solutions

Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs)

Maintain proper documentation and records of operational processes

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Support management in ad-hoc operational projects
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field

1–2 years of experience in operations or administrative roles preferred

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Good analytical and problem-solving abilities

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Team-oriented with attention to detail
