E-Commerce Manager Q1 2026
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the overall e-commerce strategy

Manage and optimize the company website and online marketplaces

Monitor website performance, traffic, and conversion rates
-
Oversee product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory coordination
-
Collaborate with marketing team on SEO, SEM, email marketing, and paid ads
-
Improve user experience (UX) and customer journey
-
Analyze sales data and generate performance reports
-
Manage online campaigns to increase traffic and revenue
-
Coordinate with logistics and operations to ensure timely order fulfillment
-
Handle customer feedback and improve service standards
-
Manage third-party vendors and digital agencies when required
Qualifications & Requirements
-
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or related field
-
Proven experience as an E-Commerce Manager or similar role
-
Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, etc.)
-
Experience with digital marketing and online advertising tools
-
Proficiency in Google Analytics and performance tracking tools
-
Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
-
Excellent communication and leadership skills
-
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in retail or online marketplace management

Knowledge of UX/UI best practices

Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems

3–5 years of relevant experience
