E-Commerce Manager Q1 2026

 Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the overall e-commerce strategy

  • Manage and optimize the company website and online marketplaces

  • Monitor website performance, traffic, and conversion rates

  • Oversee product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory coordination

  • Collaborate with marketing team on SEO, SEM, email marketing, and paid ads

  • Improve user experience (UX) and customer journey

  • Analyze sales data and generate performance reports

  • Manage online campaigns to increase traffic and revenue

  • Coordinate with logistics and operations to ensure timely order fulfillment

  • Handle customer feedback and improve service standards

  • Manage third-party vendors and digital agencies when required

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or related field

  • Proven experience as an E-Commerce Manager or similar role

  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, etc.)

  • Experience with digital marketing and online advertising tools

  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and performance tracking tools

  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience in retail or online marketplace management

    • Knowledge of UX/UI best practices

    • Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems

    • 3–5 years of relevant experience
