Senior Payroll & ER Specialist

 Job Description:

We are hiring a Senior Payroll & ER Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll operations and handle employee relations matters in compliance with labor regulations. You will ensure accurate payroll processing, resolve employee issues, and support a fair and compliant workplace environment. The role directly impacts employee trust, legal compliance, and operational continuity at NOK Human Capital.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage regular and off-cycle payroll processing with high accuracy and timeliness.
  • Ensure full compliance with tax regulations and Egyptian labor law requirements.
  • Conduct payroll audits and prepare payroll and compliance reports.
  • Handle employee payroll inquiries and provide clear, timely support.
  • Manage and maintain payroll and HR systems, preferably Odoo or similar platforms.
  • Handle employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary investigations.
  • Conduct and document employee relations investigations and recommend actions.
  • Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation related to payroll and ER.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll and employee relations, preferably in an outsourcing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law, payroll taxation, and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in Odoo or similar HR and payroll systems.
  • Strong written and spoken English skills.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
