Senior Payroll & ER Specialist
Job Description:
We are hiring a Senior Payroll & ER Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll operations and handle employee relations matters in compliance with labor regulations. You will ensure accurate payroll processing, resolve employee issues, and support a fair and compliant workplace environment. The role directly impacts employee trust, legal compliance, and operational continuity at NOK Human Capital.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage regular and off-cycle payroll processing with high accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure full compliance with tax regulations and Egyptian labor law requirements.
- Conduct payroll audits and prepare payroll and compliance reports.
- Handle employee payroll inquiries and provide clear, timely support.
- Manage and maintain payroll and HR systems, preferably Odoo or similar platforms.
- Handle employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary investigations.
- Conduct and document employee relations investigations and recommend actions.
- Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation related to payroll and ER.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll and employee relations, preferably in an outsourcing environment.
- Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law, payroll taxation, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in Odoo or similar HR and payroll systems.
- Strong written and spoken English skills.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
