HR Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, and policy compliance.
- Drive organizational change initiatives and support business transformation efforts.
- Develop and harmonize HR policies with global best practices and local labor requirements.
- Ensure full compliance with Egyptian labor law in coordination with legal and administrative stakeholders.
- Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning initiatives.
- Oversee performance management, learning, and development programs across the organization.
- Design and manage compensation, grading, and benefits frameworks aligned with market standards.
- Implement and optimize HR systems to improve efficiency and reporting.
- Promote a positive culture, engagement, and retention across teams.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Masters degree or HR certification is a plus.
- 5–8 years of experience in HR management or senior HR leadership roles.
- Proven experience in compensation, benefits design, and HR policy development.
- Strong understanding of Egyptian labor law and experience working with regulatory bodies.
- Experience collaborating with legal or compliance teams, preferably in industrial or manufacturing environments.
- Proficiency with HR software systems for recruitment, payroll, performance, and records.
- Fluency in English and Arabic with strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
