Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based drinks, teas, and other beverages according to company standards.

Take customer orders accurately and handle cash/POS transactions efficiently.

Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive guest experience.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station and seating area.

Monitor stock levels and inform the supervisor of shortages.

Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.

Assist in preparing and serving light food items when required.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints professionally.
Qualifications & Requirements:
-
Previous experience as a Barista or in Food & Beverage is preferred.
-
Good communication skills.
-
Customer service-oriented attitude.
-
Ability to work flexible shifts (including weekends and holidays).
-
Basic English is a plus.

Presentable appearance and professional attitude.
