 Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based drinks, teas, and other beverages according to company standards.

  • Take customer orders accurately and handle cash/POS transactions efficiently.

  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive guest experience.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station and seating area.

  • Monitor stock levels and inform the supervisor of shortages.

  • Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.

  • Assist in preparing and serving light food items when required.

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints professionally.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Barista or in Food & Beverage is preferred.

  • Good communication skills.

  • Customer service-oriented attitude.

  • Ability to work flexible shifts (including weekends and holidays).

  • Basic English is a plus.

  • Presentable appearance and professional attitude.
