Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist them in selecting suitable products based on their needs.

• Promote and demonstrate store products (electronics & home appliances).

• Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.

• Maintain product knowledge to confidently explain features, specifications, and benefits.

• Ensure proper product display and merchandising standards.

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.

• Coordinate with the store team to ensure smooth operations.

• Follow company policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum Medium Qualification / Above Medium / Bachelors Degree preferred.

• Previous experience in retail sales is a plus.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Presentable and customer-focused.

• Ability to work flexible shifts.

• Basic knowledge of electronics and home appliances is preferred.
