Senior Client Management Specialist
Job Description:
We are hiring a Senior Client Management Specialist to manage client accounts and ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery across recruitment and HR operations. You will act as the primary coordination point between clients and internal teams to ensure requirements are met on time and to standard. The role directly impacts client satisfaction, retention, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Support management in overseeing client accounts and meeting agreed service requirements.
- Handle daily client communication, inquiries, and service requests professionally.
- Coordinate with recruitment and operations teams to prioritize and deliver job orders on time.
- Maintain and update client reports, job order status, and service performance metrics.
- Ensure accurate data entry and updates in CRM and ATS systems.
- Follow up with internal teams on shortlists, onboarding documents, and operational deliverables.
- Prepare operational and performance reports and identify process improvement opportunities.
- Address and resolve client issues, escalating complex cases when necessary.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in HR outsourcing, recruitment operations, or client service management.
- Hands-on experience with ATS and CRM systems is preferred.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong client communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- High attention to detail with strong organizational and multitasking ability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
