Job Description:
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns

Manage digital marketing channels (social media, email, website, SEO/SEM)

Create and coordinate marketing content (posts, blogs, newsletters, ads)

Conduct market research and competitor analysis

Monitor campaign performance and prepare analytical reports

Support brand positioning and awareness initiatives

Coordinate with designers, content creators, and external agencies
-
Assist in organizing events, exhibitions, and promotional activities
-
Track marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaigns

Generate and nurture leads in collaboration with the sales team
Qualifications & Requirements
-
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

Proven experience as a Marketing Specialist or similar role
-
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms

Experience with social media management and paid advertising
-
Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications

Google Ads or Meta certifications

Experience with CRM systems
