Business Performance Lead

 Job Description:

We are hiring a Business Performance Lead to drive strategic performance management across the organization. In this role, you will design and implement performance frameworks, analyze business data, and provide executive-level insights that support informed decision-making. You will work cross-functionally to align KPIs with business objectives and enhance organizational efficiency. This position plays a key role in enabling data-driven performance visibility and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement performance management frameworks aligned with company strategy.

Review organizational structures to identify performance gaps and bottlenecks.

Support managers in conducting job analysis and building meaningful KPIs.

Drive the selection, development, and integration of analytics to optimize business activities.

Audit employee objectives to ensure full alignment with corporate goals.

Analyze business performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

Develop executive dashboards and reports for senior leadership.

Partner with departments to align performance objectives with business strategy.

Manage management review meetings across departments.

Train teams on performance management tools and data-driven practices.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.

5–7 years of experience, including at least 3 years in business performance.

Advanced Excel and strong presentation skills are mandatory.

Fluent in English.

PMP certification is preferred.

HR/OD background is a plus.
