Operations Agents (Seasonal) – Floward Egypt

Work Conditions:

- Company: Floward Egypt

- Location: Zahraa El Maadi, Cairo

- Work Duration: 7 Days (no days off)

- Work Mode: On-site

- Start Date: 16th March 2026

- Salary: 2,800 EGP per 7 days (Payment: Will be issued one week after the last working day).

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for ensuring the smooth and timely fulfillment of customer orders from confirmation through delivery. You will coordinate closely with customers, florists, drivers, and internal teams to maintain high service quality, accurate order processing, and on-time deliveries.

Contract Period & Shifts:

Period:

16th March – 22nd March.

Working Hours/ shifts:

- From 16 to 19: One shift with 7 working hours.

- From 20 to 22: Two shifts (different people) with 12 working hours.

* 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

* 12:00 AM – 12:00 PM

* 12:00 PM – 12:00 AM

(Shifts are rotational based on operational needs.)

Requirements:

* Nationality: Egyptian

* Age Range: 18–35

* Previous experience in Operations is preferred

* Background in E-commerce, Delivery Services, or Luxury/Premium Gifts is preferred

* Graduate or Undergraduate

* Basic English (ability to read simple words)

* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
