Key Responsibilities

  • Manage correspondence, scheduling, and office supplies.
  • Maintain and archive documents in digital and physical formats.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Organize executive calendars and ensure efficient time management.
  • Support departments with reports, data entry, and administrative tasks.
  • Facilitate internal communication and coordination between departments.
  • Oversee general administrative operations to ensure the office runs smoothly.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and professional.
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
