Position: Trade Activator

Location: Across Egypt – Kiosks & Retail Points
Working Hours: Flexible / Rotational Shifts, including midday shifts
Age: 21–30 years

Requirements

• Strong personal and professional appearance
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Good command of English
• Confident and customer-oriented personality
• Ability to work flexible and rotational shifts
• Ability to engage with customers and communicate product information clearly
• Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer-facing roles is a plus

Key Responsibilities

• Approach and engage customers in kiosks and retail locations.
• Introduce customers to IQOS and provide clear information about the product and its benefits.
• Explain product features and usage in a professional and engaging manner.
• Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable products.
• Encourage and support eligible customers in upgrading their products.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience while maintaining PMI's professional standards.
• Achieve assigned sales and customer engagement targets.
• Represent the brand professionally at all times.
