Job Summary

We are seeking a Front Office Supervisor to join a prestigious 5-star hotel project in the North Coast for a 3-month summer assignment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing front office operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and supporting the reception team in delivering high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and support the front office team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Ensure a professional and welcoming guest experience at all times.
Oversee guest check-in and check-out procedures and resolve any operational issues.
Handle guest complaints, requests, and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Monitor team performance and maintain service quality standards.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and hospitality standards.

Requirements

Strong English communication skills.
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Presentable and professional appearance.
Previous experience in a supervisory role within hotels or hospitality is preferred.
Maximum 5 years of experience in hospitality, hotels, or customer-facing roles.
Age up to 35 years.
Strong problem-solving and team management abilities.
