    Role Purpose:

    The Trade Activator is responsible for engaging with consumers at general trade points of sale to generate leads of legal-age smokers and promote awareness of IQOS technology as a better alternative to cigarettes. This role also involves educating retailers on IQOS products and equipping them with the knowledge to guide consumers effectively.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Consumer Engagement:
      • Approach and interact with consumers entering general trade POS.
      • Explain IQOS technology and its benefits as a smoke-free alternative.
      • Generate qualified leads of legal-age smokers.
    • Retailer Education:
      • Train retailers on IQOS product features and selling techniques.
      • Ensure retailers understand how to educate consumers purchasing IQOS devices.
    • Brand Advocacy:
      • Represent IQOS professionally and maintain compliance with legal age and regulatory requirements.
      • Support awareness campaigns and activations in assigned territories.
    • Reporting & Feedback:
      • Share insights from consumer interactions and retailer feedback with the team.

      • Clear and persuasive communication to explain product benefits.

      • Basic understanding of sales principles (experience preferred but not mandatory).

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor Degree.
    • Limited professional experience required; prior exposure to sales or consumer engagement is an advantage.
    • Fluent in local language, good English level.
