Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruiter with 1–3 years of experience in blue-collar recruitment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience sourcing, screening, and hiring large volumes of workers across various industries. Experience working in an outsourcing, staffing, or manpower supply company is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for blue-collar positions.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, field recruitment, and other channels.
  • Conduct screening interviews and assess candidate suitability.
  • Coordinate interviews, hiring processes, and onboarding activities.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing hiring needs.
  • Build relationships with recruitment sources, labor offices, and vocational institutes.
  • Ensure timely closure of vacancies while meeting hiring targets.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.
  • Support mass hiring campaigns and recruitment events when required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in blue-collar recruitment.
  • Previous experience in an outsourcing, staffing, or manpower supply company is preferred.
  • Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
  • Ability to handle high-volume recruitment and multiple vacancies simultaneously.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet recruitment deadlines.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in mass hiring projects.
  • Strong negotiation and candidate engagement skills.
  • Familiarity with recruitment KPIs and reporting.
