Talent Acquisition Specialist

 Job Description:

Job Purpose

Responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract, assess, and hire top talent for Sales and Operations roles, ensuring alignment with business needs and hiring targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.).
  • Conduct phone screenings to evaluate technical and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Conduct reference checks before the offer stage.
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports.
  • Support bulk hiring initiatives, especially for Sales and Operations roles.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
  • Experience hiring for Sales or Operations roles is highly preferred.
  • Background in Fintech, Telecom, or Banking industries is a strong plus.
  • Very good to excellent command of English.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree (graduates only).
