Recruitment Specialist
Job Description:
We are hiring a Recruitment Specialist to join a dynamic and growing organization. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and closing hires. You will play a key role in building strong talent pipelines and ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for assigned roles
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and headhunting techniques
- Screen and evaluate candidates based on job requirements
- Conduct HR interviews and coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
- Post job ads and manage applications through ATS systems
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience
- Follow up with candidates and stakeholders to ensure timely feedback
- Support offer preparation and negotiation processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field
- Minimum 6 months
- Experience using ATS systems
- Strong sourcing and headhunting skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English is a must
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational and time management skills
