We are looking for a highly skilled BMS Pre-Sales Senior Engineer to support the design and delivery of integrated Building Management System solutions. The role focuses on analyzing project requirements, preparing technical and commercial proposals, and working closely with clients, consultants, and vendors to deliver optimized automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze tender documents, drawings, BOQs, and specifications to understand project requirements.
• Design and propose BMS solutions covering HVAC, lighting, and energy management systems.
• Prepare technical submittals, compliance sheets, and detailed proposals.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for quotations and technical clarifications.
• Conduct site surveys, client meetings, and technical discussions.
• Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients and consultants.
• Ensure system design accuracy in alignment with project specifications and standards.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies in BMS and building automation systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering.
• 8–10 years of experience in BMS or building automation systems.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and integration with BMS.
• Experience in tendering, estimation, and proposal preparation.
• Familiarity with Schneider BMS solutions is a strong advantage.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Very good command of English.
