Marketing Director
Job Description:
We are hiring a Marketing Director to own the end-to-end marketing strategy, execution, and performance across brand, digital, content, CRM, and events. You will lead go-to-market planning for major projects, drive demand generation, and optimize the full funnel from awareness to conversion. The role is accountable for brand impact, commercial performance, and marketing ROI. You will build and lead a high-performing marketing organization aligned to business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and own the annual and quarterly marketing strategy aligned with business targets and launch calendars
- Lead brand strategy, positioning, and creative direction across all channels and touchpoints
- Own go-to-market planning for new projects including segmentation, value proposition, pricing input, and launch execution
- Drive performance marketing, media mix, funnel optimization, and analytics to improve CPL, CAC, and ROI
- Lead demand generation through events, activations, roadshows, and premium launches with measurable outcomes
- Oversee content, creative production, agencies, and sales collateral delivery
- Partner with Sales on CRM, lead management, automation, and conversion optimization
- Own marketing budget, governance, agency performance, and compliance
Requirements
- 10–15+ years of experience in marketing within real estate development, including 5+ years in a senior or director-level role
- Proven track record launching and scaling large residential or mixed-use projects from pre-launch to handover
- Deep expertise in performance marketing, media buying, and analytics (CPL, CAC, ROAS)
- Strong brand strategy and creative leadership with a portfolio of major launches or events
- Hands-on experience with CRM, marketing automation, and funnel optimization
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing agencies with full budget ownership
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a strong plus
