We are hiring a Growth & Research Specialist to support our growth and strategy function through structured market, customer, and competitor research. You will collect, organize, and analyze data that informs business decisions, market positioning, and expansion initiatives. The role plays a critical part in transforming raw information into clear, actionable insights for leadership and business development. Your work will directly influence how NOK Human Capital identifies opportunities and responds to market changes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market, customer, and competitor research to support growth and strategic planning.
  • Collect, organize, and maintain competitor intelligence on pricing, offerings, campaigns, and performance.
  • Monitor industry trends, reports, news, and regulatory updates and summarize insights for stakeholders.
  • Identify and map relevant industry events, conferences, and forums to support visibility and positioning.
  • Support evaluation of new products and services through market data and customer insight collection.
  • Maintain research databases, dashboards, and documentation repositories.
  • Contribute to monthly industry and competitor reporting in collaboration with the growth team.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Data Analysis, or a related field.
  • Strong research, analytical, and data organization skills.
  • Ability to structure, summarize, and present data clearly and accurately.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and basic data and research tools.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Demonstrated curiosity and interest in market trends, business growth, and competitive analysis.
