 Job Description:

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering (preferably Metallurgical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or equivalent).
  • Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in marketing and sales of welding electrodes or welding products and technologies.
  • Maximum age: 40 years.

  • Owns a licensed private car and willing to perform fieldwork.
  • Proven ability to work against clear sales targets and consistently achieve them.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to prepare professional sales and marketing reports.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications; experience with CRM systems is a plus.

Preferred Technical Qualifications

  • Previous experience in welding inspection is highly preferred.
  • Good knowledge of relevant international standards and codes, including:
    • AWS

    • ISO

    • ASME

  • A

    dvanced technical knowledge of welding defects, their root causes, and corrective actions.
  • Practical experience in providing on-site technical solutions for welding problems at customer locations.
  • Strong ability to link technical solutions with commercial value to effectively present product advantages.
  • Experience in after-sales service, technical support, and building customer trust.
  • Previous exposure to large-scale projects (Oil & Gas, Construction, Infrastructure) is preferred.

Job Responsibilities

  • Market and sell welding electrodes, manage existing customer accounts, and develop new clients.
  • Provide technical support and consultancy regarding proper welding electrode selection based on application and operating conditions.
  • Participate in on-site welding problem-solving, in coordination with Quality and R&D teams.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors, and prepare regular reports on pricing, competition, and market opportunities.

  • Develop and execute regular field visit plans and follow up on outcomes.
  • Build and manage long-term relationships with strategic clients and major projects.
  • Represent the company in a professional technical and commercial manner with customers.
