Positions Requested:

• They typically drive دبابة or Fiat vehicles
• Whether having a private license or a professional one
• Age range and other info are mentioned already within the requisition form

Role & Compensation Details:

• For the first three months, Sales Representatives receive 100% of their earnings, calculated as full fixed net salary plus full incentives, totaling EGP 12,200, regardless of target achievement.
• The role does not involve cold sales.
• Each Sales Representative conducts approximately 28 daily visits to existing and known merchants; there is no door-knocking or approaching new clients.
• While some upselling opportunities may arise, the role is primarily focused on existing accounts. New client acquisition is handled under a separate module at Rashideen, known as Sales Hunter.

On-the-Job Support:

• Sales Representatives receive on-the-job support during the first approximately 11 visits 9 from a Senior Sales Representative and 2 from a Supervisor, including merchant introductions and support with any challenges or requirements.

Working Hours & Targets:

• The shift usually starts at 8:00 AM.
• The daily target is 28 orders, and once completed, the Sales Representative is free to leave.

Incentives & Occasions:

• During Eids usually they pay ¼ of the total gross monthly salary and Ramadan, incentives are typically provided in the form of vouchers or bonuses.
• Similar incentives may also be granted during other occasions.
