We are hiring a Supply Chain Manager to lead the development and execution of end-to-end supply chain strategies for Oil Field Services operations. You will manage supply chain logistics, procurement, and inventory management while leveraging AI-driven platforms to enhance planning and operational efficiency. The role focuses on optimizing asset availability, reducing costs, and strengthening resilience across multi-country operations. You will also lead strategic sourcing and supplier negotiations, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute regional supply chain strategies supporting drilling, well services, equipment maintenance, and field operations.

Lead the adoption of AI-driven forecasting, predictive inventory management, and digital supply chain platforms.

Manage procurement and supplier relationships across multiple regions (GCC, MENA, Europe, Asia).

Oversee logistics and supply operations for critical oilfield equipment, ensuring quick mobilization in the field.

Implement digital inventory control and predictive maintenance models to optimize warehouse operations and reduce holding costs.

Identify and mitigate risks to supply chain resilience, including geopolitical factors and supplier dependencies.

Collaborate with engineering, drilling operations, and project management teams to ensure smooth procurement and project execution.

Lead and develop supply chain teams, fostering a data-driven culture and digital transformation.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field; MBA or Master's degree preferred.

15+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Logistics, with at least 8 years in Oil & Gas or Oil Field Services.

Proven experience working in GCC markets (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait).

Experience with AI-enabled supply chain planning and ERP systems (SAP preferred).

Strong leadership skills with experience in managing multi-country operations and cross-functional teams.

Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and crisis management abilities.

Proficiency in English; additional languages (e.g., Arabic) are a plus.

Willingness to relocate to Cairo and travel across the GCC region.
