Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Windows and Linux servers and core IT systems.
• Monitor system, server, and network performance and availability.
• Manage user access, security controls, and data backup processes.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure, system, and network issues and incidents.
• Perform system patching, upgrades, and basic automation tasks.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation and system records.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in system administration or infrastructure support roles.
• Strong knowledge of operating systems, networking fundamentals, and system security.
• Experience with backups, access control, and monitoring tools.
• Basic scripting and automation skills.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and problem-solving abilities.
