Senior Business Development Specialist

 Job Description:

We are hiring a Senior Business Development Specialist to drive revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities. You will build and manage client relationships, lead commercial discussions, and translate market needs into tailored solutions. The role has a direct impact on pipeline growth, market positioning, and long-term client value for NOK Human Capital.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and growth opportunities.
  • Develop and execute business development plans aligned with commercial targets.
  • Prepare and present proposals, presentations, and commercial offers.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with business objectives.
  • Track sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts, and adjust strategies accordingly.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar commercial role.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to manage a full sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Location: Zahraa El Maadi, Cairo; on-site, full-time.
