Amazon Egypt is hiring Arabic & English Customer Service Associates to join our growing customer support team. This role offers fresh graduates the opportunity to gain hands-on experience with a leading multinational company while delivering world-class customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email in Arabic and English

  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high service standards

  • Provide accurate information regarding orders, products, and services

  • Document customer interactions clearly and professionally

  • Meet performance and quality targets set by the company

  • Work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment

Job Requirements

  • Fresh graduates only

  • Excellent to fluent English proficiency (B2–C1)

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work rotational shifts (24/7)

  • Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities
